It is born from the union of two teams with long track records: Manix Capital —founded by Meritxell Bautista and Josep Olivet, with more than three decades in technology, telecommunications, innovation and artificial intelligence— and G70i, led by Jordi Cervera and Sergi Cervera, a benchmark in distressed real estate, NPLs, auctions and asset investment.

Bringing these two journeys together gives rise to Polsaas: a company created to apply technology, artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis to sectors that have traditionally run on fragmented information and complex processes, turning vast volumes of data into useful knowledge for decision-making — with greater efficiency, transparency and security.

The company's first major project is Subastech, a platform that centralises, analyses and interprets real estate auction data to help investors and professionals decide with more judgement, speed and confidence. Polsaas is born with a clear purpose: to lead the new generation of intelligent platforms applied to investment.
